PETS

In mid February I spent a week at my unit.  There was a family of five vacationing at the same time.  They brought  their full grown German Sheperd with them.  I'm surprised our management allowed this to happen.  If someone brought in a full grown German Sheperd what else is coming in smaller size dogs?Randy Rolen

Connections; a great place

I would encourge everyone to make use of Connections. It is a great amenity for our complex. If we as owners do not take advantage of it, especially during the slow times of the year, it will not be there. The people working in the restrauant are very pleasent and helpful, food is good and drink is plentiful. I know most all owners are thinking "why use Connections when I have my own kitchen and bar".

New Owner Views

As a new owner I have big concerns about pest control in my condo, 4103, and an apparent indifference to building codes that require ventilation (exhaust) of bathrooms, stove/microwave hoods and dryers. Instead to denying permission to vent these areas outside we should be asking each unit owner to provide ventilation to each unit. Not doing so is creating an environment for mold and mildew in each unit.
