You may not have heard that property tax notices have been delayed until early December in Baldwin County.

We are sure that many of you will consider appealing your property valuations. To assist you in appealing your valuation, we have compiled the attached data.  These tables reflect the actual sales in each phase for the period October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2007 as reported by the MLS.  It is our understanding that this is the period that is used for valuating by Baldwin County to prepare the 2008 tax valuations.
